Join us for a special webinar on - Measuring the Metaprograms: an Introduction to the iWAM, with Grace Minton.
Metaprograms describe ‘programs about programs that guide and direct our thought processes’ and are ’the building blocks of our attitude and motivation’. From their original discovery in the late 1970’s the theory of metaprograms has been built on with PhD level research and developed into the Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations, a profiling tool that enables the measurement of metaprograms for coaching, team building and creating a model of excellence commercially.
This webinar will provide a brief overview of the metaprograms, and focus on introducing the iWAM. You do not need to be an NLP Master Practitioner to be accredited in the iWAM, and many people discover the metaprograms for the first time thanks to this awesome instrument. If you are interested in integrating NLP into services for organisations, do not miss this webinar.
